Drive test and core network probing are traditional solutions that automate the measurement of network performance.  We all experience dropped calls, poor speech quality and sometimes cannot get service at all.  If traditional measurement solutions were so good, why do these problems still exist?

TAP from Wadaro offers an entirely different method of measuring service performance.  In particular, it provides an efficient way of automating the measurement of network experience by distributing the measurement task out to the edge of the Radio Access Network.  This distributed gathering of data is enabled by installing TAP Clients into subscriber SIM cards.

The result of applying TAP is a true view of service performance as it is reported by a random distribution of devices by make & model, for all subscribers on the network, all the time and everywhere to include roaming.
